A Message from Our President & CEO
More than two decades have passed since the inception of the
company in 2001, as then RA Tomo which today is known as the
ALPHA TOMO (P) INTL MANPOWER SERVICES INC., the agency
niche a name in the industry of recruitment as one of the best
landbased recruitment agency in the Philippine. The Alpha Tomo
also recognized by the government through the newly established
Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) as one among the top
deploying agency in the country.
As I envisioned, that Alpha Tomo became one of the LEADing
manpower recruitment company, provided a multi-skilled,
competent and globally competitive OFWs in the international
market and on one hand the agency became a CATALYST of
world-class employment opportunities to Filipinos aspiring for work
overseas.
Together, with my Alpha Tomo team and family, thru my good and
stern leadership our company is intend to bring more quality
services to all our partners and clientele, we will continuously walk
thousands of miles to serve our fellow Filipinos to make their
dreams come true.
Truly, traversing the world of recruitment is full of challenges, one
need to have courage, perseverance and have a strong will to serve
to embrace and survive the business of the recruitment industry.
Established in 2001 as R.A Tomo International Manpower, renamed into Alpha Tomo (P) Intl Manpower Service Inc. in 2010 as a corporation. The company has continuously in service catering thousands of world class multi-skilled, competent and globally competitive OFWs to its various partner foreign principals for more than two decades.
In recognition to the company’s dedication and expertise, it was recognized and given with prestigious award as “The Best International Manpower Recruitment Agency” in September 2018. This accolades reflects the agency’s effort to upheld the highest standards in recruitment best practices and customer service.
The company boost its recruitment by establishing key Branches in different provinces i.e. Cebu, Davao City and Manila. It has also expanded its presence internationally by opening a sister company in Malaysia – the Alpha Tomo Global Resources SDN BHD in July 2010. This strategic move allows the company to further the delivery of its services to clients and business partner in the region that enable the company to expand and strengthen its global presence.
